By accessing or using cAmo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any other applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the App. These Terms apply to all users of the app, including both registered users and non-registered users who simply browse the App.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any updates or changes will be posted in this document with the effective date listed at the top. Continued use of the App after any modifications to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
To use the cAmo app, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the minimum age required by the laws of your country or region to enter into a contract). By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. cAmo offers both free and premium subscription services. By purchasing a premium subscription, you gain access to additional features such as unlimited messaging, profile boosting, and other enhancements.
All payments for premium subscriptions are processed through third-party payment platforms, such as Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We do not store or have access to your payment information.
Subscription Terms: Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually, depending on the subscription plan you select.
Cancellation and Refunds: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app store platform and are not provided by cAmo.
If you sign up for a free trial of a premium subscription, the trial period and any associated terms will be disclosed to you before you activate the trial. At the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically renew at the regular rate unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the cAmo app, you agree to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. This includes information such as your name, location, date of birth, gender, and any other details you provide to personalize your profile.
The App allows users to create and share content, including profiles, photos, and messages. You retain ownership of your content, but by submitting content to the App, you grant cAmo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the operation of the App and its services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the cAmo app at any time for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in harmful behavior. In such cases, your account will be terminated, and you will lose access to the App and its services.
